Days Inn by Wyndham West Memphis

Is honestly a little bit better then what you would expect for a motel of its age. I personally stay in a lot of hotels for traveling if you look at me you know last night was a unique situation. I was traveling on my way home swerved to miss a deer and ended up totaling out the rental car. Nobody else was involved in the accident so I had to do the DUI testing all that hoopla. Then I had no idea what to do I've never been in a car accident. The tow truck driver said he could drop me off at a nearby Hotel. I called & the front desk person is EXCEPTIONAL!! I'm going to try and find out their name again cuz I can't remember what it is right now and add it to this. They just said no problem come on over. In the meantime while I was waiting for the police and everybody I was able to make a reservation since I knew they had availability in 10 minutes I was checked in and comfortable to have my little personal meltdown. ...

The room was clean and appearance was nice. It also didn't smell like old cigarettes. All the employees were efficient and friendly. The restaurant next to the hotel was convenient and the food was good.

Not the best maintained. Simulated wood floors will leave your feet dirty on the bottom. Why my shower curtain rod didn’t fall off I’m not sure. And a lot of serious rusty places on the stairs and upstairs walkways. Still a good value. Nice Mexican restaurant next door.

I've been traveling cross country and this is the first nice place I've stayed. The staff was very nice on check in. The room was not only clean but actually had very nice mattresses and pillows for me (and my dogs). The room is nicely appointed with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, closer with iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a nice compliment of soaps, shampoo etc. Nice big towels too. The free breakfast was an actual breakfast! I guess that's why they call it Southern hospitality! For the rest of my trip I'm going to try and stay at this chain as the other major ones have been very disappointing. The only downside is the area. Two people screaming outside and the smell of dope but that's just the location. Otherwise it was a very nice stay!

The front desk ladies were friendly, really nice, and polite. My room looked like new! I always check for bugs and hair and such- not one in sight. My room was nice and clean. The traffic was a bit loud here and there. I think there was a truck parked outside running for a while though. Throw some ear plugs in and you'll be out like a light. Thanks for a great stay Days Inn!

I checked in and Autumn was behind the desk. She is real sweet and helpful. The entrance to the lobby is really nice and inviting. We reserved a room with 2 beds. The room smelled clean but the hardwood floor was dirty. I normally walk around in my socks and have not had any problems in other hotels. I had to go buy some slippers to save my socks. Sink, vanity, toilet and tub/shower were clean. The beds were comfortable with a top sheet, blanket and a comforter. I did find a stray sock (not mine) between the bed and night stand that is closer to the bathroom. There is a desk with a chair on wheels and an upholstered chair with ottoman/table. A/C, fan and heat work nicely. TV is outdated/older model. The room comes with a clean microwave and fridge with freezer and a small closet with iron and ironing board. Plenty of room in the closet to store our suitcases. The door was hard to open and close, we had to push or pull to do either. The toilet clogs very easily, be sure to hold down the handle. Called the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone wasn't working to have someone unclog it. There is a free breakfast but the morning of our stay they did not receive their food delivery. They only had coffee, milk in a pitcher for either Frosted Flakes or Bran flakes, oatmeal and Trix yogurt. At least they could have gone to Walmart or Kroger to get what wasn't delivered.

A great place for a night. Trey was delightful at the front desk! The bed is really comfy and the room is very clean. For the price it was awesome.
